Travel Arrangements for Czech Republic, 2009
The night prior to departure for those who have pre-booked will be spent at the Hotel Comfort, Heathrow - please arrive at around 8pm, after dinner.
The following flights will be escorted by adults. You are asked to arrive at the check-in desk 2hrs 30mins prior to departure. Please book the flights that you require for your child as soon as possible (to ensure good prices, but also to absolutely ensure that they can get a seat on the flight), and ensure that ski carriage is also booked. Please then send full confirmation details by email to me and to Susan Murrin at SnowsportGB. Scots Flights Flights from and back to Edinburgh will also be accompanied, as Jo Pilarska will be flying down and back. Please contact me if you need these and I will send details of the flights you should book.
A bus transfer will be arranged between Prague and Ricky at each end of the camp.
Coach transfers between Prague and Ricky have been arranged at the beginning and end of the event. Return to Ricky 2009
